Jörg Rauschenberger

He is co-founder and managing director of MorgenWerk, a graduate mechanical engineer and long-time entrepreneur.

He has decades of experience in the development of complex, innovative systems and processes, from the initial idea through to cost-effective operation.

In an award-winning manufacturing process for tubular radiators developed under his leadership at the end of the 1990s, thousands of variants are still produced fully automatically and flexibly down to batch size 1. The developed laser welding technology with a seam length of approx. 10 km per day was the destination of excursions by experts from the automotive industry for about a year.
