Founder and CEO

Jörg Rauschenberger, as a graduate mechanical engineer, is responsible for strategy and management tasks, with a particular focus on mechanical development. He has decades of experience in the development and implementation of innovative systems and processes and their use in various own companies, including joint ventures with large corporations.

A former company won the 1997 Thuringia Innovation Award after a five-year development phase for the realization of the first fully automated production facility for tubular radiators with complete laser welding.
He was a member of the Innovation Council of the Oettinger government in his role as former chairman of the Industry Committee of the IHK Stuttgart (Chamber of Industry and Commerce).

After many discussions with professors from universities and Fraunhofer Institutes, he developed the long-term strategy for MorgenWerk in his think tank Modus One GmbH and founded the start-up MorgenWerk to implement it.
