We develop flexibly configurable manufacturing systems with a high level of vertical integration, standardized manufacturing modules, and dynamic networking through swarms of autonomous shuttles.

For that, we need software that is just as flexible as our manufacturing.

YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Developer (m/f/d) who takes ownership and gets things done independently, from frontend through backend and databases to infrastructure.

For us: the best solution is often the simplest one.

We’re not looking for unnecessarily complex architectures or technologies for their own sake. We want simple, robust, and pragmatic solutions that work, stay understandable, and can be developed further quickly.

So you won’t always get a fully defined ticket. You’ll get a problem or a goal, and the freedom to develop a good solution for it.

YOUR TASKS

• Developing our applications with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Bun
• Developing APIs and backend services
• Working with MongoDB
• Implementing features independently, from idea to deployment
• Developing software for our manufacturing and automation systems
• Helping shape our technical architecture
• Working with Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and infrastructure
• Analyzing and solving problems across the entire stack

WHAT YOU BRING

More important to us than a long list of technologies is your way of solving problems.

You should:

• work independently and take on responsibility
• think pragmatically and prefer simple solutions
• reduce complexity instead of creating new complexity
• analyze problems yourself and develop solutions
• have experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js or Bun
• ideally bring experience with MongoDB, Docker, and Linux
• not shy away from servers, deployments, networks, and infrastructure
• communicate openly and constructively question decisions
