BACKGROUND
.
The clustore project is the first concrete application of MorgenWerk’s basic technology, which implements dynamic logistics in three-dimensional space. Cloud-supported swarms of extremely inexpensive shuttles constantly carry all items and drive to the customer immediately after the order has been placed. The project is supported by the Invest BW innovation program of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

A fundamentally new concept
Autonomous shuttles carry and transport the available articles in constantly positioned goods carriers. They park and move freely on multi-storey levels that can be levels, which are linked by lifts that can be integrated as required. Our software enables dense block storage with simultaneous access to each individual stand.
The fully comprehensive IoT system controls all warehouse, picking and transfer processes automatically.
The shuttles with the ordered items move immediately to the delivery gates after ordering and enable fast access times.
